At Origo Shoes, we want you to step into comfort with complete confidence. If your new footwear isn't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging and include all tags to ensure your return is eligible for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will process your refund or exchange once it arrives at our warehouse.
